- 4 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- 4ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped and melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cinnamon sticks, optional
- Heat milk, sugar, and spices in a pot over medium-high heat until almost simmering. Add chocolate and vanilla, stir until heated through. Garnish with a dash of cinnamon and cinnamon sticks.
