Confetti Eggs

Confetti Eggs are a long standing tradition amongst Mexicans that add a bit of flair to holidays (especially Easter, Cinco de Mayo and Day of the Dead) but are great even for a Sunday BBQ.   The actual craft of making and decorating the eggs will keep little hands busy and occupied. Then all the magic happens when the kids crack them over each other’s heads. It’s especially amusing if they happen to catch an adult!
