Zest up a side dish of asparagus with a little chili and lime.
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- Preheat oven to 450F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and lime juice.
- Evenly spread asparagus on the baking pan. Roast for 10 minutes.
- Flip asparagus and continue to roast for an additional 5 minutes or until bright green and slightly charred.
